Project timelines vary depending on scope, scale, and complexity. A single-room consultation can be completed within 2–3 weeks. A full residential design project typically runs between 4–8 months from the first brief to final reveal. Large commercial projects may extend to 10–14 months. We provide a detailed project timeline during the proposal stage so you know exactly what to expect at every phase.
Yes — we take on projects across Kenya and in neighbouring East African countries. We regularly design for private residences and estates in Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyeri, Mount Kenya, Naivasha, and the Coast, as well as Kampala (Uganda) and Arusha (Tanzania). For regional projects, site coordination and logistics are structured transparently from the first discovery call.
Our consultation service has no minimum budget. For full design services, we work with clients investing from KES 2.5M upwards in their space (including furnishings and materials). Our bespoke packages are typically suited to projects above KES 8M. Every proposal is tailored to your specific scope — we are transparent about costs from the very first conversation.
Yes. In our Full Design Service and Bespoke packages, we act as your design lead throughout the construction and installation phase. We brief, coordinate, and regularly inspect the work of all tradespeople, contractors, and artisans to ensure every detail is executed to specification. We can work with your existing contractors or introduce you to our trusted network of vetted builders and tradespeople.
Absolutely — our process is built around collaboration. We believe the best designs emerge from deep dialogue between client and designer. You will be involved at every major decision point: concept approval, material selections, furniture choices, and during site visits. We use a shared project portal where you can review, comment, and approve every item. Your space should feel unmistakably like you.
Sustainability is embedded in how we work. We prioritise local craftsmanship, natural and low-toxicity materials, and suppliers with responsible sourcing practices. We actively advocate for locally manufactured furniture — supporting Kenyan and East African artisans — and favour durable materials over trend-driven choices that end up in landfill.
